One day in 1819, 3,000 miles off the coast of Chile, in one of the most remote regions of the Pacific Ocean, 20 American sailors watched their ship flood with seawater.
They'd been struck by a sperm whale, which had ripped a catastrophic hole in the ship's hull. As their ship began to sink beneath the swells, the men huddled together in three small whaleboats.
These men were 10,000 miles from home, more than 1,000 miles from the nearest scrap of land. In their small boats, they carried only rudimentary navigational equipment and limited supplies of food and water.
These were the men of the whaleship Essex, whose story would later inspire parts of “Moby Dick.”
Even in today's world, their situation would be really dire, but think about how much worse it would have been then.
No one on land had any idea that anything had gone wrong. No search party was coming to look for these men. So most of us have never experienced a situation as frightening as the one in which these sailors found themselves, but we all know what it's like to be afraid.
We know how fear feels, but I'm not sure we spend enough time thinking about what our fears mean.
As we grow up, we're often encouraged to think of fear as a weakness, just another childish thing to discard like baby teeth or roller skates.
And I think it's no accident that we think this way. Neuroscientists have actually shown that human beings are hard'wired to be optimists.
So maybe that's why we think of fear, sometimes, as a danger in and of itself. “Don't worry,” we like to say to one another. “Don't panic.” In English, fear is something we conquer. It's something we fight.
It's something we overcome. But what if we looked at fear in a fresh way? What if we thought of fear as an amazing act of the imagination, something that can be as profound and insightful as storytelling itself?
It's easiest to see this link between fear and the imagination in young children, whose fears are often extraordinarily vivid.
When I was a child, I lived in California, which is, you know, mostly a very nice place to live, but for me as a child, California could also be a little scary.
I remember how frightening it was to see the chandelier that hung above our dining table swing back and forth during every minor earthquake, and I sometimes couldn't sleep at night, terrified that the Big One might strike while we were sleeping.
And what we say about kids who have fears like that is that they have a vivid imagination. But at a certain point, most of us learn to leave these kinds of visions behind and grow up.
We learn that there are no monsters hiding under the bed, and not every earthquake brings buildings down. But maybe it's no coincidence that some of our most creative minds fail to leave these kinds of fears behind as adults.

in this school, the buildings are well designed, close to nature. in the morning, children can read while enjoying the beautiful sunrise. in the evening, they can exercise by the lake reflecting the amazing sunset. in the spring, they can go to the wild, lie on the lawn, and watch the kite flying in the blue sky. in the summer, they can go to the forest, live in a cabin, and listen to the rhythm of the rain. …
students are free but polite and they respect each other. they can leave at 4:00 every afternoon, or perhaps earlier. they have the freedom to organize time. they can go to the library, go to the lab, the computer rooms or the playground. they’re self-motivated and have a strong thirst for knowledge. and there are no frequent exams and rankings. students won’t be forced to wear uniforms everyday, and there is no required hair style. everyday is so colorful that they are looking forward to the next day when going to bed at night,
every teacher in this school can give a course as they like. there is no tedious rating, no scraps of quantitative management and no rigid standard. teachers can fully display their personality in class, and they feel very happy and content to teach. every morning, on thoughts of giving lessons, they are excited. after class, they are delighted , with smiles on their faces. some experts, scholars and masters are also visiting teachers in this school.yang zhenning can give physics classes for a day. yi zhongtian opens lectures on chinese culture for a week. speaking of music, we can ask wang lihong to give music lectures, just as he did in oxford university. if necessary, we can also invite david beckham to speak something about the world cup …
the principal of the school focuses on education rather than waste time in endless meetings and social activities. teachers’ wages are not high but enough to live comfortably. there are no other things to do except to teach. there are no paper requirements, no titles and no ranks because they don’t need to be judged by those things. almost every teacher is a well-known scholar and master in a particular field. a language teacher may be a writer at the same time. a math teacher may try to overcome a world-class guess. a physics teacher can win invention awards and a music teacher may return from an international music competition again.

everyone of us,rich or poor,should at least have one or two good friends. my friend will listen to me when i want to speak, will help me when i need,will take care of me when i am sick,and my friends will go together with me side by side through this journey of life.
when i was ten, i was suddenly confronted with the anguish of transferring to other school. i had to left my friends i had ever known. as a kid,i feel lonely when i study in a new environment without a person i had known. nobody i could talk,nobody could know when i feel lonely. the time when i couldn't sleep, i'll always miss them, then the tears filled my eyes.
later, i became familar with the environment ,and made some friends ,which became my best friends then. they talked with me when i felt lonely, they helped me when i needed, they took care of me when i was sick. even through we were part, we still keep in touch with each other.
in our whole lives,we'll meet too much people but only a few can be our best friends. when staying with them,we can release ourself completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry together. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.

Many people suggest that parents should listen more to their children, so they will understand them better, and find it easy to narrow the generation gap; teachers should listen more to their students, then they can meet their needs better, and place themselves in a good relationship with their students; students should listen more to their classmates, thus they will help and learn from each other, and a friendship is likely to be formed.
What I want to stress is that each of us should listen more to others. Show your respect and never stop others till they finish their talk; show you are interested by a supportive silence or a knowing smile; be open-minded to different opinions even though you don’t like them. In a word, good listening can really enable us to get closer to each other.

this is a glass of water, tasteless, right? however if you add sugar, it will taste sweet, but if you add vinegar, it will become bitter. the same is true with our life____ the flavor is created by our choices.
if kindness is added to a strange you will have a friend; but if hostility is added, you will have an enemy. if love is added to a pile of red bricks you will have a home, but if hatred is add to those bricks , you will have an concentration camp.
so my dear friends, never complain that life is boring and the world is disappointing. if don’t like the taste of your life, change the ingredients. three year ago, i weighed more than 100 hundred kilograms which caused significant embarrassment and frustration in my life. like always failing my p.e examinations, like always being laughed at by girls, like being terrified to speak in public. it was my grandmother’s encouragement that revived from my passive attitude to become confident in myself. she said “ my dear, if you can’t change you figure, why not treat it as your own style. so i began to cautiously employ the new way of thinking. by choosing to change my outlook on life, i developed the confidence to make a difference and finally i found a totally new world. so my dear friend, if faith, hope, love, endurance are added to your life, you will find the confidence to conquer your limitation and embrace new challenges. and hopefully with my speech included, you will have a fantastic speech contest.

i never had the courage to talk across a long, narrow room. i should be at the end of the room facing all the audience. if i attempt to talk across a room i find myself turning this way and that, and thus at alternate periods i have part of the audience behind me. you ought never to have any part of the audience behind you; you never can tell what they are going to do.

古人说：忘记过去的苦难可能导致未来的灾祸。74年后的今天，作为小学生，虽然我们没有体会到那代人的痛苦，但我们决不会忘记这段蒙受耻辱的历史。中华儿女都永远忘不了“那个悲惨的时候”，忘不了日本帝国主义侵略中国的罪恶历史。我们一定要牢记历史，不忘国耻!

我一生都在不断地跳舞，跳得精彩与否，大家知道。结局如何?到最后才能知道。现在，只能尽情地跳，尽情地展现自己的舞姿。不过，要跳得与时俱进，要跳得出脱惊人!这样，才能吸引更多的观众，才能惊动每个人的灵魂。我决定要跳出一片天，跳出自己的精彩。
其实，每个人一生都在跳舞。只不过有的跳得很精彩，受到了别人的赞赏和鼓掌;有的则跳得一般，喧染不出气氛，没有掌声。无论怎样?舞步是不能停止的，正如我们的生命一样，时刻都在跳跃。人生也是一个不断运动，不断起伏的过程。只要生命存在，运动就一刻也不能停息。
如果我们把运动比作是跳舞，那么人每天做各种各样的姿势，就是给光阴留下了美丽的画面。人人都想在上面跳得精彩动人!都想得到人们的喝彩!可岂不知每个人的舞步不是一帆风顺的，它要受天气、舞台，观众的心情而定。时机好时，优美的舞步，当然会博得人们的赞赏和欢心;时机不好，凌乱的舞步不仅没有起到效果，反而给人们留下了纷乱的印象。因此我们的舞要适时、适中。要把握好舞步的要领，把握住人生的航线。尽管有时也有风雨雪霜天气聚变的日子，也有不适时机、观众扫兴的时候。但我们时刻要保持头脑清醒，沉着稳重，不惊不慌，迈着轻盈的步伐，拖着矫健的身躯一直向前舞蹈着!
有人说，每个人都是生活中的演员，在人生的舞台上尽情地轻歌曼舞。都想跳出自己的精彩，都想唱出心中的最美。可事不如人所愿!有的人一跃高飞，一下就功成名就;有的人在频频起伏，不知所云。有的见效快，有的见效慢。有的时来运转，鸿运当头，有的一生平凡，厄运不断。基于这种情况，我们生活中唯一能做到的，就是要看好风舵，掌好航线，一步一脚印，平稳前行。顺其自然，活在当下。有福的当然福星高照，没福的只能听天由命!
只要跳好自己的人生舞，善待一生的光阴，走好人生每一程。就算不成功，也此生无憾!
我的人生就是时刻随着时代的脉博跳跃的，最初因为得适应时代的主流，才能跟得上当前的形势，才能迈向前方。所以不得不适应社会，做自己不喜欢做的事。后来，随着时代的发展，改革的开放，工作的需要，慢慢地也跳出了自己的人生舞曲。虽不很雅致，但也有了点起色。现在，居然能独自跳了，跳得也有了点眉眼，可还觉得不够完美，还想跳出自己的一片天，跳出自己的精彩。

阵阵寒风掠过北方的大漠，在苍凉的古道上肆虐，风声凄切，小石滚走，尘土飞扬。寂寂残阳下，浩浩荡荡的车队在古道上缓缓前进，车轮轧过，留下道道深深的痕迹。又黑又矮的伊尹作为一名陪嫁奴隶，在人群中是如此不显眼。然而，却是他，为大汤撑起一片广阔的天空。
谁说奴隶没有长处?谁说奴隶不能有惊世之才!诚然，奴隶的身份让他如匣中之剑般无所作为，但遇上贤明商汤，宝剑出鞘，是为逐世神兵，锋芒无匹!他以自己的才华折服众人，终成右相;他用计将汤从夏桀这暴君手中救出;他献计攻打夏国，灭掉了摇摇欲坠的夏王朝;他让天下英雄明白奴隶亦不能小瞧!他展开自己的翅膀，冲向天穹，苍旻无尽头……

千年风风雨雨早已湮灭了隆中的那间小茅庐，而“卧龙”之名却依旧如雷贯耳。我们仿佛可以看见，茅庐的主人负手站在小草屋前，头戴着青丝制成的纶巾，身着中间开口，长长的鹤氅，微风徐徐，衣襟飘飘，演绎千年神话。
诸葛亮，这个名字家喻户晓。但他说到底也只是农民出身，以前不也是被张飞唤作“山野农夫”。出身不高贵却不碍他有经天纬地之才。金鳞岂是池中物，一遇风云便化龙，刘备三顾茅庐之时，便是巨龙腾飞之时。孔明频频献计，从此刘备气象日新月异，胜赤壁，得荆州，取西川，定汉中，称王称帝，天下三分有其一!他草泽出身，挥斥方遒，指点江山，豪情谁与同!
亡国之君
千年前的那个夜晚，苍穹如墨，环盖大地，带着沉痛的忧郁将泪水化成雨下满天，淅淅沥沥。风雨潇潇，天地苍茫。一阵风吹过，“呜”的一声，些许雨滴划过道道优美的曲线，打在他脸上，点点滴滴，冷了身躯，寒到了心里。他有感而发，轻吟：“帘外雨潺潺，春意阑珊，罗衾不耐五更寒。”
亡国二字给了李煜太多、太多的悲恸。“问君能有几多愁，恰似一江春水向东流”，道不尽的惆怅，吟不尽的千古名篇。你可以否定他治国的能力，却不能否定他在文学上的成就!从另一个角度上看，亡国之君的他也有让人歆羡的一面，不是吗?
世界上没有一无是处的人，每个人都有自己的长处，只要你愿意用心去看、学会换种角度去看，你总会发现的。请相信世界上的某个角落，总会有一方任你飞翔的天空，铺天盖地的阳光中一定会有一份完全属于你的色彩!

我认为生活就像一片雪花。当它最初由水形成时，它注定要变成水。然而，并不是每一片雪花都能等到自然的阳光毁灭，因为“雪花”太脆弱，往往一个“调皮”的体温就足以摧毁她。于是，我说，“生活就像阳光下的雪花，它逃不掉融化的命运。”
我觉得人生就像一支蜡烛，从一开始就点燃，注定要走向最后的毁灭。但并不是每根蜡烛都能等到它熄灭的那一刻，因为“火花”太脆弱了，往往“微风”就足以摧毁它。所以我说:“生活就像风中的蜡烛。”它总是处于危险之中。”
此时此刻，我想用我不成熟的思想给生命下一个不成熟的定义。其实，人生就是一个在云端探索的过程;生命是一次冒险旅程从出生到毁灭不过,书说,“生命是短暂的,但因为短暂的生命,人们意识到自己的渺小,有奋斗的激情,有紧迫感的劳动和创造,并且有更多的爱来治疗那些遭受沉重的生活,和分享与无限的温柔和爱彼此。”
生活
人活着就是为了活着，感谢经历，感谢命运。曾经有过无数的抱怨，有过无数次的快乐，但你知道之后，它们都变成了泡影，没有那么多的小情绪，没有那么多的失落和悲伤，只有生活的不懈努力。我从前所有的，如今神必不夺去;我一直所爱的东西，有时会经历什么谣言。我想从心底原谅什么，但你却总是在奔波;一直让我心痛的东西，在我心里永远都抹不去。我困惑的是，也许知道真相才是让我难过的。为什么我一直努力工作，却从不让我满意;为什么我在梦中梦到它，上帝就是不让它成真。为什么我在飞向月球的时候见不到我想见到的人?为什么我看不到我害怕发生的事情。
我不是神，我不能控制别人，我不能让我爱的人快乐;我不是石头，我不能让我的心不受伤害，我不能控制我的情绪，我不能控制我的感情!当我半夜躲在被子里的时候，我还是会哭，有时候我不能对所有的人微笑，但是我总是不能放开我心里的东西!我试着说服自己慢慢放手，慢慢承受!但总是摸不到风景，摸不到风景，伤不到人，痛的是心!突然发现,有一个真正的改变性格,时不时会和周围的人开玩笑,甚至我的母亲并不排除在外,不希望避免太多,还发现,心态不一样,也学会适应环境,也明白,一切都是困难的,结束是你的是你。不管你对人对事多么冷漠，时间可以改变很多，生活的无奈会随着你的轻视而消失。从前，也许记载了许多事，许多梦，许多悔;现在的生活，不管你是否满意，你必须接受，因为这就是生活!
生活
我曾说过，每个人的出生都是一场悲剧。你为什么这么说?也许我看透了这个世界给我的一切。我，也许一个微笑，就能让我快乐很久很久。我的愚蠢给我造成了世界上最大的伤害。
我是一个思想矛盾的人。在冲动和冷静之间找到平衡。也许我还太年轻，无法承担这样的责任，以至于整个人总是处于矛盾的境地。以前，我总是天真地认为，我一定是一个伟大的人，因为我有一个不同于普通人的矛盾性格。然而，到目前为止，人们发现这是一个根本性的错误。
我，因为不同寻常的人之间的矛盾，逐渐减少了我的朋友，并没有很多人真诚地对待我;因为性格的矛盾，父母的心越来越冷;因为性格矛盾，普通人很难接近我。我总是一个硬壳。心的确是脆弱的，但表面是不可侵犯的，不可侵犯的。我总是让周围的人感到疲惫。但我经常责怪别人，总是不和我说话。但我不知道。事实上，我才是伤害他们的罪魁祸首。
虽然在我的生活中还有很长一段音乐没有被创作出来，但我认为这可能是音乐的风格。它总是一种时而热情时而沉默的音乐。我知道为什么，因为我的性格在白天很不一样。我的生活总是追求一种胜利，哪怕是一秒钟的胜利需要一个小时。

四月五日是清明节，是我们祭奠祖先，告慰先烈的日子。这一天，我们将缅怀先烈的丰功伟绩，用实际行动向烈士们致以崇高的敬意，安息吧，先烈们!
是你们用鲜血染红了共和国的国旗，是你们用鲜血保卫了祖国的和平，是你们用鲜血换来今天的幸福生活。历史不会忘记你们，共和国不会忘记你们，我们少先队员不会忘记你们。
我们从小生活在幸福的大家庭里，生活在和平年代。我们懂得今天的幸福生活来之不易。我们只有珍惜时光，发奋读书，全面发展，练好一身本领，长大后才能报效祖国，使我们祖国更加繁荣富强。只有这样才能对得起为国牺牲的烈士。

人在成长中，一定会出现数不清的烦恼，而这些烦恼解决了，另外的烦恼也会出现在你的面前。烦恼像细胞一样不停的生长增多。我的就更不用说了，像流不尽的山泉，紧跟在我的身边。随着我的成长，烦恼也会越来越多，所要面对的压力也越来越大。
我成长的烦恼大多数是学习方面的，比如说英语让我痛苦。英语老师来了，用英语说了一声起立，我还在那里坐着，看见别的同学站了起来我也跟着站起来，老师又说了一次英语的坐下，我却还在那里站着。
一次课堂上，老师叫我回答问题，我就站起来望着自己的英语书不知道说什么好，幸亏我后面的同学是英语尖子，让我躲过了这一劫。事后，我想躲得过初一躲不过十五便下定觉心好好学英语，终于在我不懈的努力下，都会说一些比较长的英语句子了，虽然读音还不是很准，但我相信我一定可以学好英语的。
我成长的烦恼还有很多，虽然我体育成绩比较好，但我的身高不是很高，真令人头痛啊。
成长的烦恼多，但快乐也多，烦恼是注定的，应该正确面对。

我是五年级的岳小芊,我今天演讲的题目是《法律在我心中》。
不瞒大家说，法律对我来说，只是一个神圣而又模糊的名词。我曾纳闷，我还是一个小孩，法律跟我有什么关系吗?带着这个疑问，我求教我最信任的人--------
老师说，法律是明媚的阳光。阳光照耀之处，耕地、河流、森林、草原、湿地、野都生动物等等都有相应的法律保护着，法律的保护使天更蓝、草更绿、水更清，大自然更加和谐。
妈妈说，法律是一件安全的外套。人从一生下来开始，法律就对幼儿、小孩受教育、婚姻、生命财产不受侵害、社会医疗保障、老年抚养等等都作了明确的规定，法律的保护让我们快乐地成长，安全地拥有，幸福地生活。
爸爸说，法律是行动的指针。像我们开口不能骂人，伸手不能打人一样，我们的言行都要受到法律的约束，同时也受到法律的保护。大人们每做一项工作，每签订一个合约，都要涉及到很多法律条款，法律使我的保护们的社会运行有序，和谐相处，健康发展。
哦，原来法律并不遥远，它就像空气、水、或面包一样，时时刻刻在我们身边，须臾不曾离开。正是它，使人类远离丛林法则，创造今天灿烂而辉煌的文明。就像河流离开河床就会泛滥，大雁离开雁阵就会坠落，电脑离开防毒网络就会瘫痪一样，我们人类如果没有“红灯停，绿灯行”，交通就不会通畅，如果没有“杀人偿命，欠债还钱”，社会就会混乱，甚至走向消亡。法律就像一张无形的安全网，覆盖着我们生活的天空。
由此可见，加强法律的教育和培养守法意识同等重要。对于我们青少年来说，我们是祖国的未来，我们更应从小学习好法律知识，遵守法律和社会规则，将来成为一个文明、诚实、守信的人，成为一个对国家和社会有用的人。
在日常生活中，处处都离不开法律和道德。对于我们青少年来说，我们不需要做多少大事，我们先要从小事做起，从一点一滴做起。在拥挤的公车上，我们让一让座位;在红灯面前，我们停一停脚步;在道路两旁，我们弯腰捡起一片废纸;在家里，我们替父母分担一些烦恼。这都是遵守法律和道德表现，如果我们每个人都做到的话，那么，我们的国家，我们的生活，就会变的更美好。我国有句古话叫做“没有规矩不成方圆”。就是说，无论做什么事都要有一个规矩否则就什么也做不成。对国家，对社会来说这规矩就是法。作为国家公民和社会成员，人人都要遵守法律，维护法律。我们小学生作为国家的小公民，社会的小主人，同样应该学法、懂法、守法，以保护我们自己的权益，不损害他人和社会的利益。只有从小养成遵纪守法的好习惯长大后才能成为对社会有用的遵纪守法的好公民。
今天我们是青少年，明天我们就是国家的建设者。现在不仅要学好知识，练好身体，养成良好的习惯，也要树立法律意识和养成良好的道德修养，懂法、知法、守法。法律是我们健康成长的保护神，也是做为一个小公民必须遵守的行为准则，我们每个人都要认真学法，做一个遵纪守法的好孩子。

今天放学路上，一个四五十岁的妇女拦着我：“姑娘，能不能给我一块钱啊。”我有点发愣了，从小到大不知道遇到过多少这样的戏码。真真假假，假假真真，到底有多少人是真的需要帮助，又有多少是利用人的同情心蓄意欺骗，区谋取那可怜的尊严换来的利益。我已经分不清楚了，以至我已经不能够再像从前一样毫不犹豫的掏出口袋里的钱，再傻逼的问一句：“够不够?”了。
她见我犹豫不定，就继续说：“我家女儿高考没考好，疯了，从家里跑出来了。我来郑州找她，身上没钱都好几天没吃饭了。姑娘能不能可怜可怜我?给我一块钱，让我买几个馒头。”我看她的装束，还真想从村里出来的。就掏了一块钱给她，她就走了。我背对着她继续向前走了几步，心想：“要不请她吃饭吧”可是转过头却发现她也回过头撇我一眼，又匆匆走了。转过身来想想自己还是别自作多情了。
走一路都在想，她是不是在骗我呢?又想到自己在天桥下被要钱，在图书馆里被所谓的聋哑人要钱……为什么我走到哪里都有这些人的身影?真的好穷吗?真的自己不能努力吗?那为社么还有那么多的老年人去我们教室里捡垃圾，他们那么老了也可以自己努力，让人感到心疼但是踏实。还有，在学校经常碰见一个身上脏兮兮的男孩，人家也是捡垃圾的，但是走路却从过来不低头，很自信的迈步子。这些，大家都会经常看到啊。
唉，想不通就先不想了吧。
咦?那是到站了吗?鸭脖店，就是这!下车，快到家了!哎呦，兜里怎么就只剩下6块钱了啊。花了吧，嗯，解决干净了，一毛不剩!
糟糕，地点错误!下错站了!啊，天哪，这是哪里啊?路痴果然很悲剧。抓住一个人问路“你知道×××咋么走吗?”“哦，那啊，还有好远啊。你去坐公交车吧。”我憋了好几秒钟，才难以启齿的说“我没钱，只能走路，你可不可以告诉我具体路线。”结果，那人就真的给我说了具体路线!!!一块钱都没舍得给我!好吧，不怪他，说不定他也觉得我是个骗子。
背着沉重的书包，走在天桥的大洞里，好累啊。真的好累……“没关系，加油，就当是减肥对不对啊?对!”我就这样一路自欺欺人的安慰自己。夜晚城市的喧嚣更加衬托了我的无奈，我在想到底要不要开口问别人要钱呢?好丢人啊，不要要了，走回去吧。走回去又不认识路，那就走一路问一路吧。正巧前面有一对夫妇，我就问“阿姨，×××咋么走?”他们还是让我坐公交车!到底是有多远啊我心一横，妈的，豁出去了“能不能给我一块钱?而且我不可能还你们了。”我就这样直截了当的问，他们先是一愣，接着相互对视，然后说“真的没钱，有了就给你了。”说了声谢谢，我就继续上路了。
姐不靠天不靠地，自己也能活!彻底决定了，一路地奔回去。再苦再累就当自己是250!可是还是不认识路啊，欲哭无泪。有个叔叔和他妻子妈妈一块在路上走，我就上去问路。他说“好远，你坐公交吧。”还是这句?我都走这么长时间了，腿都要断了!我已经彻底厚脸皮了，说“我没钱，只能走路，你就给我说怎么走就可以了。”陌生叔叔说“哦，你没钱啊。那好吧啊，我给你，一块够不够?”久违的那一句“够不够?”彻底融化了我心中走回去的决心，内心的坚强都被瓦解。只能在心里对自己说“好感动，好感动……又不能太失态，让他以为我是个神经病，一块钱至于吗?我想说，至于啊。
一块钱，有时候真的好重要啊!

有时候我会想:我们生于斯世，还能很体面地苟存于斯世，其实真的很庆幸，也是很不容易的。有的人，当他还在娘胎里的时候，就被剥夺了生命，有的人，在花一样的季节里，就不幸地夭折了，有的人，原本善良无辜，却遭到了恶报，枉死城中，几多冤魂。上苍给我们一次生命的机会，如果我们却不珍爱，岂不是太可惜了
家庭，事业、梦想、友情、健康、人生、人际纠纷，无一不是我们每一天都需要思考的。即使今日不应对，明天，后天，将来不知什么时候也不得不应对，所以，我们不得不去认真思考。
古人说，“凡事预则立，不预则废”，其实许多事情，没事的时候，多想想，事来了，可能就能猝然临之而不惊，否则我们天天都会有意外。意外之喜，意外之悲其实都是很会伤人的。仅有什么事情，都提前想到了，历练了一颗成熟的心，生命才会永远被自我所掌控。
说一句大白话，其实成熟心就是平常心。
以平常心，应对人生中一切的喜、乐、悲、愁，以自我的一颗平常心，去品尝生活所有的酸、甜、苦、辣，以平常心，体悟生命中全部的爱、恨、情、仇。
这大概就是生命的最高的境界了吧!
生命的最高处:当你珍惜自我的过去，满意自我的此刻，乐观自我的未来时，你就站在了生活的最高处;当你明了成功不会造就你，失败不会击垮你，平淡不会淹没你时，你就自然而然地，站在了生命的最高处。
一个有意义的生命才是真正的生命，著名作家王跃文说:“我最担心在临死之前突然找到了生命的意义，那会让我感到，以前所有的岁月都是白活了。”其实说句老实话，没有意义，就是灵魂已死，就算是活着，也可是就是行肉走尸而已。
诚然，每个人都有属于自我的人生意义，一个人必须有自我明确的人生意义，才能活出自我生命的风采。古人有“立功、立言、立德”之说，那是对有大作为的人而言的，可是，即使是一个普通人，一个平凡的人，也是能够为世界留下点什么的。穷则独善其身，达则兼济天下。一个人的本事越强，对社会做出的贡献越大，其生命的意义也就越大;(励志文章.)相反的，如果一个人，只能依靠社会的救济和别人的照顾才能活下来，这个人活着的意义和价值自然也就降低了;可是，只要他还能付出自我的爱，他的生命就有存在的意义。
天下皆知取之为取，而莫知与之为取。世人皆以取之为乐，而不知与之为人生之大乐。得到固然欢乐，付出才是人生最大的价值和欢乐。一个人仅有在想到为世界留下什么的时候，他才能找到生命的意义和方向。为世界留下什么，其实就是创造，一种属于生命的大创造。唯有创造，才能彰显生命存在的价值，才能找到短如闪电的生命的意义。创造有大有小，意义也有轻有重，但只要努力过，创造了，生命就无怨无悔;也仅有坚持去创造，生命才会充满力量，充满欢欣，充满向往完美的精神。
为世界留下什么，就是为这个世界付出，就是向社会的奉献，人生的最高价值，就在于奉献。创造使世界丰富，而奉献才能让心灵美丽。对你的家人、朋友和所有人，付出你的爱和力量，爱是粘合剂，一个人仅有带着对别人的爱，才能实现和别人最好的合作，才能实现自我的创造和奉献。
一个人带着爱走向社会，仅有在社会中，才能体现自我的生命价值和意义。人入社会，宛如泡茶;一把干枯的茶叶，撒在沸腾的水中，茶叶一片、一片地舒展，在水里升腾和飘拂，变得美丽而轻盈，而水，也因为茶香而变得芬芳可口，这是茶和水的互相成全。
就好比，一个人利益他人，服务社会，在社会上有所作为，社会也将给予相应的回馈，这是人和社会的相互成全。所以，当你为了追求一种有意义的社会梦想，对身边的人，对社会上的所有的人付出爱，奉献你的智慧和力量，这就是你存在的意义和价值。而当你以最丰美的姿态展示自我最广大的生命意义时，你就达成了合乎天地大道的最高的人生境界。

我作为年度销售冠军，今天在此发个言，不足之处还请大家多多指正。
我们习惯把攻心为上作为销售人员的杀手锏，毋庸置疑，这确实是优秀销售人员的必备技能，还有人把销售比喻成谈恋爱，必须胆大心细脸皮厚，但关键是很多情况下我们做的许多事情只是走了嘴，好一点的走了脑子，真正走心的太少了!做销售绝对不能浮于表面，如果真的把销售比喻成谈恋爱，你在销售过程中是不是做到了追女孩时经常做的三点：第一，充分了解对方的背景、喜好和需求，所谓是知己知彼百战百胜，投其所好会让你们之间的距离迅速拉近;第二，神经病式的揣摩对方说过的每一句话，每个眼神，每个表情，洞察对方的情绪变化，仔细想明白对方到底想要表达怎样的意愿;第三，不能走一步看一步，临场发挥，约见之前必须心里有预案，约见时间长了该说些啥，约见时间短了又该如何组织语言，要学会看三步走一步，经过认真准备的约见才会更加高效!
会哭的孩子有奶吃。被历史沉淀下来的东西都是经典中的经典，所以在做市场的过程中我们也应该谨记老祖宗的教诲：“人心齐，泰山移!”现在已经不是个人英雄主义的时代，必须要学会团队合作，要学会求助于人，大家都晓得会哭的孩子有奶吃，但很多销售人员根本不会哭，或者确切的说不知道该向谁哭?在做市场的过程中，一般有三个对象可以供你坦诚倾诉：一是公司高层领导，公司多年的经营积累了丰富的业内资源，并且随着历史的沉淀，资源越来越优质，在你摸清项目的来龙去脉之后，应该主动的频繁的向公司争取资源支持，那么多项目那么多销售人员，你不哭领导也不会知道你需要支持;二是自己的人脉圈子，既然选择了做市场，就必须学会编织人脉圈子，也许你认识的人不能直接的帮到你，但也许他的朋友可以直接帮到你，为了寻求间接的支持，必须定期的向喜好交际的好朋友汇报自己工作行踪，到时你就会发现这个世界真的很小，做事的就那么几个人;三是自己的客户，能爬到一定位置的老客户，在自己的那个能量层面上肯定积累了不少的同行资源，完全可以让他们当顾问或者导师，帮助你迅速找到关键人，要想让能量大的老客户帮到你，前提是他得信任你!
临近年关，形形色色各种各样的总结会议接踵而来，大部分会议都是以“继往开来”四字为主题，回首过去，总结经验，展望未来，再接再厉。前天的营销分公司年会，颁发了20xx年度销售之星的奖项，该奖由一位江湖气息稍浓的大哥捧走，这位大哥在20xx年为公司签下1亿2千万的总合同，为公司可谓是立下汗马功劳，在分享获奖感言时，他并没有像其他获奖人员一样说一些冠冕堂皇无关痛痒的致谢词，而是开口说道：“拿到这个奖是意料之中的事情，相比感谢致辞我相信大家更愿意听听我是怎么拿到这么多大单的，接下来，我就和大家分享一下我在做市场工作时的一些个人体会，希望来年的年末，你也有机会站在这里发表获奖感言!”掌声过后，他开始了自己的实战经验分享：“我做市场把握住了三大原则，仁者见仁智者见智，希望这三点能引起在座各位对待市场销售更深邃的思考……
